which can activate your nabi marma, the formless energy spot. Here is how you can do this asana. 1. 

1) Sit in vajra asana with both hands under your navel as shown. 2. 2) Exhaling slowly bend down and 

stay there holding your breath for six seconds. Feel the compression in your navel. You can keep your 

hands in three different ways. 3. 3) And inhaling slowly rise up. The intense pressure activates the
